28 LH Agency CPNS Learn About Waste Management in Thousand Islands

There are 28 candidates for Jakarta Environment (LH) Agency Civil Servants (ASN) who underwent orientation period by studying waste management in Thousand Islands.

Hopefully, it can be useful when they are on duty as a part of Jakarta LH Agency

Thousand Islands Environment Sub-agency Head, Djoko Rianto Budi Hartono mentioned, those candidates (CPNS) were given information and knowledge about sorting waste through waste bank and reducing waste using maggots.

"Hopefully, it can be useful when they are on duty as a part of Jakarta LH Agency," he asserted, Thursday (3/25).

West Jakarta Targets to Build Five Waste Banks in Every Quarter

In this activity, his side visited waste banks in Untung Jawa Island, Harapan Island, Panggang Island, and Pramuka Island.

"We also visit maggot house in Tidung Island. We hope this orientation can help CPNS to understand their main duties and functions (tupoksi) and quickly adapt to the work environment," he stated.

Before completing the orientation period, CPNS also introduced with the beauty of Thousand Islands by visiting several tourist destinations, such as Love Bridge in Tidung Island, Sakura Beach in Untung Jawa Island, and Cikaya Beach in Karya Island.

"We also introduce several tourist destinations in Thousand Islands to know better about Thousand Islands as a part of Jakarta," he said.
